official rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the OANDA Reaction Challenge (as
defined below).

the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers
(including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father,
in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and
grandchildren – or those living in the same household) of Sponsor or any
Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate. ● Employees or agents of
OANDA, all families or anyone directly connected with the organization, and
operators of its brands and concessions. |

Entry Limits |
Those taking part may have
multiple attempts, providing this is agreed to on the day. OANDA
representatives reserve the right to allow a limited number of games. |

Prize and Prize Value |
OANDA branded straws in pouch for all entrants. TBC for the top scoring player of the OANDA Reaction Challenge on
June 3. Approximate Retail Value of all Sweepstakes’ Prizes is TBC
(USD). TRANSPORTATION, FOOD AND LODGING NOT
INCLUDED. |

Winner Selection Method and Odds. |
OANDA will conduct random drawings
during the Promotion Period among all eligible entries received. The
scoring and leaderboard system works as
follows: 1.
Each player must react to the reaction system. When light shows, player
strikes the button. 2.
Players will have 40 seconds in which to strike 20 lights. 3.
Once the player strikes the 20th light, the timer will stop. 4.
The time on the clock will be the player’s score. 5.
The best score (lowest time on the clock) wins. 6. Leaderboard displays the top 10 scoring guests for the
activation. 7.
As the leaderboard is publicly-visible,
in order to maintain guests' privacy, the leaderboard
only shows the last name initial following the first name of the guest. e.g. Justin T. Prizes are as follows: OANDA branded straws and pouch - for every participant TBC
- for the top scoring player of the OANDA Reaction Challenge. The decisions of Sponsor are final
and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning
depends on number of eligible entries received. |

Winner Selection Date |
Winner will be contacted within 7
days of the above date. |

Winner Notification Method |
Winner will be contacted via
email. The winner will need to provide
an email address, contact phone number and home
address as instructed at the time of accepting the prize. Further details
will then be provided by OANDA regarding how to claim the prize. |

Data Capture |
Players will enter their name,
email address and phone number before playing the game. They will automatically receive a
‘thank you’ email for taking part and then any winners will later receive an
email informing them they have won and how they can claim their prize. Emails will contain CTAs that link
to the OANDA site. By accepting these terms,
participants are agreeing to be contacted with relevant marketing materials
from OANDA. |
